At the start of 2019, I tackled three obituaries for Multiversity Comics:
Black Lightning season 2 resumed, and so did my recaps:
Like the rest of the staff, I was also roped into reviewing a random episode of this season of Gotham:

In February, I saw two excellent films at the cinema, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World and The LEGO Movie: The Second Part, and one disappointment:
Can’t just review good films I guess. I did write a little about the final HTTYD film here though:
Back at Multiversity, I did a We Want Comics column speculating about what could be done if a publisher snapped up the wonderful Brooklyn Nine-Nine, now in its brilliant sixth season:
I can’t talk about entertainment these past couple of months without mentioning I saw CHVRCHES (and their support act Let’s Eat Grandma) perform at Alexandra Palace: they were simply epic. I had a lot of fun taking pictures with my new camera:
